Cyberhill Partners is building the Biosurveillance Information Platform (BIP), an AI-enabled biosurveillance capability developed on the ServiceNow AI Platform under a Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) prototype for the Department of War. BIP gives biosurveillance analysts and operational commanders a single environment to detect, characterize, and respond to biological threats — replacing workflows scattered across disconnected tools with one unified picture of biological risk.
ServiceNow provides the secure application, workflow, and AI services foundation. Cyberhill delivers the mission layer on top: the analyst experience, intelligence integrations, and AI capabilities including open-source signal enrichment, automated disease classification, epidemiological modeling, and AI-generated intelligence products with full traceability back to source data.
