Diversity within organizations is largely unknown, especially across all levels of an organization. The government now requires diversity information to be tracked by large companies.
By using a Cyberhill Data Refinery, built within Cyberhill Labs, engineers took a random sample of 50,000 people. This included resume ingest, HRIS data ingest (including compensation, tenure, etc) and performance reviews to create and analysis spanning several levels of employees. This analysis showed critical diversity measures across each and is available for deployment.
A large corporation of 50,000 or more employees may now have complete visibility into their diversity numbers across all levels.
