Client utilizes a cloud-based SaaS solution which is vulnerable to the lack of availability. Client requested a process to automatically synchronize this cloud-based SaaS solution to an on-premise instance.​

SOLUTION: ​

Cyberhill developed and tested custom executable that utilizes the SaaS solutions REST API to synchronize and backup to SaaS on-premise instance. Furthermore, Cyberhill advised and tested methods to ensure automatic backups are carried out with the defined objectives. ​
